ZF真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)站(zhan)(又名真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)发生装置、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)负压站(zhan)等)是以一台或(huo)两台水环式真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)作(zuo)(zuo)为真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)获得(de)设(she)备(bei),以真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)罐作(zuo)(zuo)为真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)存储设(she)备(bei)的(de)成套系统(tong)。对于频繁使用真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)源而所需抽气量不太大(da)的(de)场(chang)合下(xia),该系统(tong)臂直接使用真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)大(da)大(da)节约了能源,并有(you)提高了真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)使用寿命。

该设(she)备可以为国内各类大中型(xing)医(yi)院(yuan)提供(gong)医(yi)用(yong)气体中心站的(de)(de)真空源。并广泛应(ying)用(yong)于化(hua)工、医(yi)药行(xing)(xing)业(ye)的(de)(de)真空站、轻工行(xing)(xing)业(ye)的(de)(de)装灌系统(tong),汽车(che)行(xing)(xing)业(ye)橡(xiang)塑工程(cheng)零(ling)件的(de)(de)负压成型(xing),煤(mei)炭矿山用(yong)的(de)(de)阻(zu)燃输送(song)带的(de)(de)浸(jin)渍和(he)铸造行(xing)(xing)业(ye)(V法、VRH、V-EPC)的(de)(de)真空源等(deng)。


     工作原理:

首先设(she)定(ding)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系统的上(shang)(shang)线限(xian)(xian)(xian)制(比如上(shang)(shang)限(xian)(xian)(xian)值设(she)定(ding)为(wei)-0.08Mpa。下限(xian)(xian)(xian)值设(she)定(ding)为(wei)-0.06Mpa),启(qi)动(dong)(dong)系统后,其中一台(tai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵开始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),直(zhi)到(dao)(dao)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)罐(guan)内(nei)(nei)(nei)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du)高于上(shang)(shang)限(xian)(xian)(xian)值-0.08Mpa,此(ci)时(shi)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵自(zi)动(dong)(dong)停止(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)运行,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)罐(guan)内(nei)(nei)(nei)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)止(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)回阀自(zi)动(dong)(dong)截止(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),如因(yin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)需求(qiu)(qiu)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)管内(nei)(nei)(nei)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du)降至低于下限(xian)(xian)(xian)值-0.06MPa时(shi),另(ling)一台(tai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵自(zi)动(dong)(dong)启(qi)动(dong)(dong)直(zhi)到(dao)(dao)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)罐(guan)内(nei)(nei)(nei)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du)抽到(dao)(dao)上(shang)(shang)限(xian)(xian)(xian)值-0.08MPa为(wei)止(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),如此(ci)循环反复运行,使真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)罐(guan)内(nei)(nei)(nei)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du)始终保持在上(shang)(shang)、下限(xian)(xian)(xian)值之间。如因(yin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)需求(qiu)(qiu)气量较大,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)罐(guan)内(nei)(nei)(nei)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du)低于下限(xian)(xian)(xian)值超(chao)过(guo)一定(ding)时(shi)间,而(er)单台(tai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵不能(neng)将(jiang)罐(guan)内(nei)(nei)(nei)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du)抽至下限(xian)(xian)(xian)以上(shang)(shang)时(shi),另(ling)一台(tai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵将(jiang)自(zi)动(dong)(dong)启(qi)动(dong)(dong),直(zhi)至超(chao)过(guo)上(shang)(shang)限(xian)(xian)(xian)。

     性能(neng)特点:

  该装置(zhi)自第一次启(qi)动(dong)后,全部运(yun)行(xing)过(guo)程(cheng)可(ke)以实现全自动(dong)控制,其工作过(guo)程(cheng)中,真空系统(tong)内各处的真空度(du)始终(zhong)在其允许范围(wei)内上下波动(dong),其波动(dong)范围(wei)可(ke)根据用户(hu)要(yao)求进行(xing)调(diao)整。

  该装置在(zai)无人操作情况下对(dui)系统进行自(zi)动控制,在(zai)停电时可(ke)自(zi)动封(feng)闭真(zhen)空系统。

  该装置(zhi)配备一(yi)台汽(qi)水分离器,从(cong)而可以节约水源(yuan)并减少环境(jing)污染。
